Component 5 – Contingency Emergency Response (CERC- US$ 0)

This component will provide an immediate response to an Eligible Crisis or Emergency, as needed. This would finance emergency works in the case of another disaster event by including a "zero-dollar" CERC. This would help recover damage to infrastructure, ensure business continuity, and enable early rehabilitation.
